Registrations
2026 registration forms are now available for Existing Members of all age groups who played for Hamersley in the 2025 Winter season. New Player trial registration forms are available for 11U, 12U & 13U.
Registrations close on Sunday 18 January 2026. No late registrations will be accepted.
New Players or Former Players (did not play in 2025) in 15U, 18U or OPEN who are wanting to join Hamersley can fill in the Expression of Interest form. Once current member registrations are closed, we may open registration to trial if there are vacant positions. Please note registrations may be limited to specific court areas or age groups. Please check back on our website after 18 January for more information.

Trials & Grading Calendar
2026 Pre-Season Program
Pre-season is back for 2026! This 3 week program will run from 6-7pm on Tuesday 13th, 20th and 27th January and is available for Current HNC members only. Sign up is an opt-in during the 2026 Winter season registration on PlayHQ.
Unable to attend a trial or grading session?
Please note players must endeavour to attend all trials and grading sessions. If you are unable to attend a session, please fill our out Non-attendance form.
Phase 1 New Player Trials are compulsory and we are unable to accept registrations for new players that cannot attend the first trial. If two consecutive sessions are missed, players cannot be guaranteed a position at the club for the upcoming season. This policy is for existing members and new players registering to trial.
Please give at least 24 hours notice of non-attendance, unless you have a medical certificate.
